Cialis Together is an effective treatment for erectile dysfunction (ED) / erection problems (EP). In March 2023 the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) announced Cialis (Tadalafil) would be available to buy over the counter from registered pharmacies without a prescription for those aged 18 and over in the dose of 10mg tablets. The decision was made following the introduction of Viagra connect and it being deemed safe to buy over the counter.

Following advice from the Commission on Human Medicines, the MHRA has decided to make Cialis Together (containing tadalafil 10 mg) available from pharmacies without a prescription for adult men with erectile dysfunction. This was the first application for a tadalafil product to be available as a pharmacy medicine.
Cialis Together will be available through pharmacies without a prescription with a maximum dose of one tablet each day, and a maximum pack size of 8 tablets. Other medicines containing tadalafil will still be available to obtain on prescription.

What is The Difference Between Cialis Together and Cialis?
Cialis Together and Cialis are the exact same medications. The only difference is associated with the two is how they have been marketed by the MHRA and the prescribing legalities associated with them.
Cialis is a Prescription Only Medication (PoM), meaning you must have a prescription from a qualified prescriber in order for you to obtain it. Cialis Together is a pharmacy medicine (P Med). This means that you can purchase Cialis Together over the counter from a high street or online pharmacy pending a few questions to ensure it is an appropriate treatment for you.
